Returns & Refunds
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for the safety of our customers, all sales of Erosense items are final. Once a product has left our warehouse, it cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unused, to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@erosense.store with your order number and photos of the issue. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us immediately after placing it. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
