Order Processing
We ship orders from our Melbourne warehouse within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard delivery: 2–5 business days.
Express delivery: 1–3 business days.
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no product names on the outside. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by location and service selected.

International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. Transit times vary depending on the destination and customs procedures. Any customs duties, import taxes or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Discreet packaging is used for all international orders.

Delivery Issues
Erosense is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@erosense.store and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
